Terms & Conditions

payment

Please be aware that Training SP requires payment in full for all courses prior to attendance. For on-site training events, expenses incurred by our trainers will be invoiced after the course has been completed.

 

Training SP are able to process payments by debit or credit card, cheque or by bank transfer.

Booking Confirmation Process

Confirmation of course details, location and directions will be communicated to you via email upon receipt of payment. In the event of payment being received after the chosen training course date, an alternate date will be arranged.


Date Changes and Cancellation Policy

Training SP Ltd. Must be notified at least twenty four hours before the date of the course if a delegate is not able to attend. In the event of us receiving said notification, Training SP will organize an alternate date within a six month time frame. There will be a small administration charge for this process of £15 GBP plus VAT which must be made within four weeks of the original course booking.

 

​In the event of a delegate failing to notify Training SP of their not being able to attend on the original course date, there will be a charge of £50 GBP plus VAT to confirm a space on a future training course. This is providing we are contacted within four weeks of the original course date, otherwise a rebooking will be regarded as a new booking and will therefore require the full original course fee as chargeable at that time.

 

Please be aware that Training SP operates a strict no-refund policy in respect of the cancellation of individual course bookings.

In the unlikely event that Training SP is forced to cancel or to reschedule any course, we will, whenever possible, give a minimum of at least 7 days prior notice. If this occurs then either a full refund will be made, or alternate dates offered with all liability by Training SP be limited to the value of the original course fee.

Training SP Ltd. reserves the right to amend prices without notice. Euro-pricing can be made available upon specific request. Training SP Ltd. would like to make customers aware that it is a European Union requirement to charge VAT on training courses carried out in the UK, irrespective of whether the customer being invoiced is outside the UK. For customers in the EU it is possible to get refunds of VAT according to the local procedure.

 

When processing Personal Licence Applications, or applications for any other kind of licensing, Training SP Ltd. would like to advise all customers that if any requisite documentation is not received within three requests which will be made by Training SP Ltd. either by email, telephone or text message, then the application procedure will be held on file for a period of six months from the third contact attempt. After this period of time, for GDPR purposes the file will be destroyed and any continuation will be regarded as a new and therefore payable application.

Training SP reserves the right to change prices without notice. Euro-pricing is available on request. Please contact us for details. Please note that it is a European Union requirement that VAT be charged on training courses held in the UK even if the customer to be invoiced is outside the UK. For customers in the EU it is possible to get refunds of VAT according to the local procedure.
